Ethos is seeking experienced personal finance and consumer planning advisors to help train an AI language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

We require 4+ years advising clients on budgeting, saving, and financial planning, with expert-level document and spreadsheet craftsmanship. This remote role offers flexible hours and starts ASAP.

• Skilled at turning a client's scattered accounts and goals into a clear, goals-based financial plan they can actually follow.

Pay: $70/hr, up to $1.4k/week

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced personal finance and consumer planning advisors who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.We're looking for personal finance advisors with 4+ years advising individual clients on budgeting, saving, and financial planning to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: household cash-flow plans, goals-based financial plans, retirement drawdown models, debt payoff schedules, net-worth statements, and risk-tolerance questionnaires.
Compensation: $70/hour
Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)
Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule
Start date: ASAP
