Responsible for selling Oceania (OCI) products directly to consumers by cultivating and maintaining customer relationships. This includes initiating calls to customers, building rapport, recommending modifications to products & services, promoting customer retention, driving direct sales, and ensuring an overall superior customer service experience with OCI.
DEGREE TYPE: High School Diploma
FIELD(S) OF STUDY: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field of study preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum one year sales experience; cruise sales a plus. Familiarity with global luxurious travel destinations preferred, but not required.
