Job summary

Visiting Angels of Central Maryland is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers to provide one-on-one support for seniors in Frederick and surrounding communities. Start at $18/hour with overtime up to $25/hour.

Flexible full-time and part-time shifts available, with paid overtime opportunities where eligible. We offer CNA I/II preference, tuition reimbursement, same-day pay options, a competitive 401(k) with company match, and transportation support.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• 6+ months professional caregiving or family caregiving experience, or active CNA I/II certification
• Valid driver’s license and insured personal vehicle in most areas
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Current CPR certification and TB test results

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, toileting, meal prep and light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and meaningful, respectful conversation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
• Demonstrate kindness, professionalism, and reliability on every shift
• Communicate clearly with clients, families, and agency staff
