What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting residents with daily personal care needs
• Documenting and monitoring health conditions
• Assisting with medication
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Providing emotional and social support

What You Need:

• Cert III in Aged Care or equivalent
• Minimum 6 months experience in Aged Care
• NDIS Clearance (or willing to obtain)
• 2024/25 Flu & COVID Vaccinations
• Full Australian Working Rights
• Must be currently based in Australia
