Job summary

Presbyterian Senior Living is seeking a Personal Care Medication Aide/Caregiver to distribute medications and treatments to residents and perform household caregiver duties. This role supports residents’ daily needs and aims to help them function at the highest possible level.

The position requires completion of medication training, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Qualifications

The Personal CareMedication Aide/Caregiver is responsible for distributing medications and treatments to our residents. This position also performs the general duties and responsibilities of the household caregiver. The medication aide provides medical and physical care to the residents of the household to meet their daily needs and enable them to function at the highest possible level.

Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older unless active on the Nurse Aide registry (in state position is located)
• High school diploma/equivalent required unless active on the Nurse Aide registry
• Must be able to successfully complete required medication training
• Must posses the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Previous experience working with older adults preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
