Job summary

One You Love Homecare, LLC seeks compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical home care, companionship, and daily living support in clients' homes. You will help with personal care, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, and transportation as needed.

We offer flexible scheduling, training, and advancement opportunities; caregivers are trained to maintain client independence with dignity while following care plans and infection control protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or home care is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• TB test negative within the last year.
• State certification/license in good standing, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Maintain client safety and report changes in condition.
• Observe infection control and follow care plan protocols.
• Provide transportation for appointments and activities.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Remind clients to take medication.
• Clock in/out and document all tasks.

Job Summary

• As a caregiver, you will provide essential non-medical assistance to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity. The role of a caregiver includes companionship, personal care support, assistance with daily living activities, and light housekeeping.

• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must have a negative TB test screening within the last year

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds
• Ability to assist clients with mobility and physical transfers.
• Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods.

Compensation: $17.00 - $21.50 per hour
