Job summary

MaineTouch LLC is hiring Personal Care Attendants in Etna, ME 04434 and surrounding areas of Penobscot County. You will work one-on-one with clients in their homes, following an individualized plan of care to provide personal care, assist with mobility, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship.

No experience required—we train and support you from day one. We offer flexible day, evening, and weekend shifts with mileage reimbursement when applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience as home health aide, direct support professional, caregiver, or personal care attendant preferred.
• No experience required; training and support provided from day one.
• Must be 18 or older; high school diploma preferred; willingness to complete PSS training within 60 days; CNAs welcome to apply; reliable transportation; valid driver’s license preferred; cell phone required for scheduling.

MaineTouch is hiring Personal Care Attendants in Etna, ME 04434 and surrounding areas of Penobscot County. If you have experience as a home health aide, direct support professional, caregiver, or personal care assistant - or you're simply dependable, compassionate, and ready to make a difference - we want to hear from you.

Pay is $17.00 to $19.00 per hour based on experience, certifications, and availability, with performance-based increases. We offer full-time and part-time in-home care positions with day, evening, and weekend shifts. You tell us your availability - we match you with clients near you. Mileage reimbursement is provided when applicable.

In this role, you'll work one-on-one with clients in their homes following an individualized plan of care - providing personal care, supporting safe mobility and transfers, assisting with meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, and offering the steady companionship that keeps people living safely at home. No experience required - we train and support you from day one.
