Job summary

Reflections Retirement Community in Lancaster, OH is seeking a compassionate part-time caregiver for the 2nd shift. You will assist residents with daily living activities, provide dignified, respectful care, and support families with updates and reassurance.

You will engage residents in daily routines, promote safety and privacy, participate in ongoing training, and collaborate with a warm caregiving team. A high school diploma or GED is required, and excellent communication is essential.
