Reflections Retirement Community in Arcola, IL is seeking a compassionate part-time caregiver for second shift at Carriage Crossing Senior Living. Position involves guiding residents through daily activities, protecting confidentiality, and delivering dignified care in a supportive setting.

Responsibilities include engaging with residents and families, participating in ongoing training, and performing additional duties as assigned.
