LT Home Healthcare is seeking a dependable Personal Care Attendant (PCA) / Caregiver for part-time, in-home support in Texas. Current shift is 9:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m., Sunday–Saturday, with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, light housekeeping, errands, and companionship, while maintaining safety and privacy in the client's home. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 6+ months of caregiving or related experience

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months caregiving or related experience preferred.
• CNA or HHA certification welcomed but not required.
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds when required.
• Dependable transportation to and from the work location.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Aufgaben

• Assist with personal care and hygiene: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation and mobility using approved devices.
• Prepare simple meals and assist during mealtimes.
• Light housekeeping including laundry, dishwashing, and tidying.
• Assist with grocery shopping and errands per service plan.
• Accompany client to appointments or community outings.
• Observe and report changes in physical or emotional condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment per health procedures.
• Follow service plan and safety requirements.
• Respond promptly during emergencies.
• Complete service documentation accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and hygiene, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding

• Complete required service documentation accurately and on time

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least six months of caregiving, home healthcare, hospitality, or related experience preferred
• CNA or HHA certification is welcomed but not required
• Ability to perform the essential duties of the position, including lifting or moving up to 50 pounds when required
• Dependable transportation to and from the work location
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Compassionate, respectful, and professional demeanor
• Willingness to follow health, safety, infection-control, and client-confidentiality requirements
