Right at Home in Austin, TX is hiring Personal Care Attendants to help seniors and adults maintain independence at home. Join a supportive team with flexible morning to evening shifts and competitive pay.

You will assist with personal care and daily routines, provide companionship, help with meals and light housekeeping, and transport clients when needed. Paid training and orientation are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable assisting with personal care.
• Dependable and compassionate.
• Able to work a variety of shifts based on client needs.
• Experience with dementia/alzheimer’s care or Parkinson’s care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and daily routines.
• Provide companionship and friendly conversation.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Help clients safely get around and maintain independence.
• Provide transportation assistance when needed.
• Follow each client’s care plan and preferences.
