Job summary

Don-Services-1 in Sharon, PA is seeking reliable, compassionate home-care workers to assist individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities. The role is in-person in clients' homes, with day, evening, and night shifts available. Prior caregiving experience and Hoyer lift familiarity are preferred, with CNA experience a plus.

Training provided, and relocation to Sharon is required before start. Responsibilities include bathing, meal prep, assist with dressing, medication management,

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience of 2 years preferred.
• CNA experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, haircare, dressing/undressing.

• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication management and appointment scheduling.
• Reading/writing assistance and communication support.
• Social/leisure activities; Hoyer lift transfer as needed.
