Job summary

Allied Caregivers is seeking a Personal Care Attendant to provide in-home support for clients in New Hampshire. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor well-being, and document care using a mobile system. This role emphasizes compassionate, client-centered care in a home setting.

The position offers part-time and per-diem opportunities with flexible scheduling seven days a week to fit your availability. Prior caregiving experience is preferred, and English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Face-to-face in-home care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Preparing meals and helping with light household tasks to maintain a safe, organized living space.
• Providing companionship and social interaction while monitoring clients' overall well-being.
• Running occasional errands when needed.
• Recording care provided and client updates through our easy-to-use mobile documentation system.
• Working closely with both clients and the Allied Caregivers office to ensure quality, consistent care.

What You'll Do

• Working closely with both clients and the Allied Caregivers office to ensure quality, consistent care.

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered, applicants should meet the following requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care assistance.
• Current Blood TB test and physical examination.
• Valid driver's license with dependable transportation.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following experience is a plus:

• Previous experience providing in-home care or personal caregiving services.
• Current LNA or RN credential.
• Experience using mobile devices or apps to complete care documentation.

Schedule

• Part-time & Per-diem position.
• Flexible scheduling available seven days a week, allowing you to build a schedule that works for you.
