Job summary

Traditional Home Care is hiring Personal Care Aides, Direct Care Workers, Caregivers and Home Health Aides to provide one-on-one, non-medical care in Reading, PA and surrounding areas. The role offers weekday/weekend shifts with full-time and part-time options, with training provided and weekly pay.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, companionship, light housekeeping, and maintaining client privacy while ensuring a safe home environment.

Qualifications

Job duties include:

• Assist patients with personal care services (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Companionship

• Respecting the patient's privacy and maintaining confidentiality
• Assist in providing a safe environment for client

Mobile Device & EVV Requirements:

This position is in compliance with the 21st Century Cures Act, which mandates Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) for home care / home health services. As part of this, you will be required to use a mobile device to log visits and track service hours. Candidates must be comfortable using smartphones or tablets if not provided and must have reliable internet access to meet these requirements.
