Job summary

Traditional Home Care is hiring Personal Care Aides (PCA), Direct Care Workers (DCW), Caregivers (CG) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to join our in-home team in the New Tripoli and Lenhartsville areas. You will provide one-on-one, non-medical care and help with daily activities, meals, and light housekeeping while ensuring safety and dignity for clients.

We offer flexible weekday/weekend shifts, full-time and part-time options, and a training/orientation program.

Qualifications

• Experience providing non-medical in-home care preferred.
• Ability to assist with bathing, grooming and dressing.
• Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality.

Job duties include:

• Assist patients with personal care services (bathing, grooming, dressing)

Mobile Device & EVV Requirements:

This position is in compliance with the 21st Century Cures Act, which mandates Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) for home care / home health services. As part of this, you will be required to use a mobile device to log visits and track service hours. Candidates must be comfortable using smartphones or tablets if not provided and must have reliable internet access to meet these requirements.
