Dartmouth Health is seeking a Per Diem Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide non-medical, hands-on support to clients in their homes. Responsibilities include meal prep, light housekeeping, medication cueing, errands, and ensuring safety and independence for clients.
Per diem shifts with day hours are available; experience with elderly or disabled care is preferred. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and willingness to learn iPhone apps used by the organization and state
Provides non-medical services, hands-on client contact including but not limited to: homemaking, helping with activities of daily living such as meal plan preparation, grooming, toileting, eating, dressing, reminding clients to take medications, and transportation in order to support client independence and safety so they may remain in their home.
