We are seeking compassionate Personal Care Aides to provide exceptional non-medical care to clients in their homes, ensuring safety and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Attend to patients' non-medical needs according to care plans
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and promote mental alertness
• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Assist with communication tasks and accompany patients on outings
• Remind patients to take medications and observe/report changes in their condition

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Satisfactory completion of mandated training
• Ability to pass background checks and drug testing
• Complete and pass CCHC's Competency Training covering confidentiality, infection control, emergency handling, and more
