Job Overview: The PCA provides personal care to a client in Apex, NC, assisting with daily activities and maintaining a safe and supportive environment. Responsibilities include feeding, patient turning, ROM, lifting/transferring, and health monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Feeding – food preparation and assistance.
• Turning clients every two hours (bedridden).
• ROM, lifting, and transferring patients into beds or wheelchairs.
• Examining patients for bruises, blood in urine, or other injuries/wounds.

Requirements

• 18 years old or older.
• Current TB screen (PPD) valid.
• Pass drug screening.
• Reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of vital signs experience.
• 1 year of caregiving experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Schedule & Compensation

Pay: $13.00 per hour. Schedule: Day shift, Holidays, Monday to Saturday.
