Job summary

Community Resources for Independence, Inc. (CRI) is seeking compassionate, dependable individuals to support adults with disabilities in the Dubois area.

As a caregiver (PCA)/Direct Support Professional, you will provide one-on-one assistance in homes and the community to promote independence and safety. We offer flexible part-time hours with possible opportunities for full-time, day and evening shifts, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and ongoing mentorship.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Able to work in individuals' homes and community settings.
• Commitment to empathy, respect, and helping independence.
• Flexible schedule availability (days/evenings).

• Flexible Part-time hours, with possible opportunities for Full-time hours
• Day and evening hours available

Pay Rate:

When working as a Direct Support Professional supporting Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) you'll make $18.00 per hour. When working as Personal Care Assistant - Caregiver you'll make $13.50 per hour supporting elderly, individuals with physical disabilities, and veterans.

• Assisting with daily living activities (personal care, meals, housekeeping)
