Job summary

Eminence Home Care is seeking dedicated Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to provide compassionate care in the homes of our clients. In this role, you will help clients with daily activities, ensuring their independence while promoting safety.

This position offers various shifts, including full-time and part-time. Candidates should have a strong desire to help others, excellent organization, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or in a related role preferred.
• Strong empathy and a genuine desire to help others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual and possess strong organizational skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations and a negative TB test.
• Proven ability to work independently while also being part of a team.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.

Eminence Home Care is seeking dedicated Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to provide compassionate care in the homes of our clients!

As a Personal Care Assistant at Eminence Home Care, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals who need assistance with daily activities. Your support will empower them to maintain their independence in a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily personal care routines, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Help with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety.
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations.
• Support with meal planning and preparation based on dietary needs.
• Perform light housekeeping duties and ensure a clean living environment.

Compensation: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on experience.

Shifts Available: Various shifts including full-time, part-time, and flexible scheduling options.
