Job summary

Edgewood Healthcare is seeking an Evening Shift PCA for Edgewood Rapid City, a 90-bed assisted living community. You will provide resident care that builds independence and confidence in daily activities.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, documenting care, and following HIPAA and Edgewood policies. Training is provided, with comprehensive benefits including health, vision, dental, HSA, 401K, and PTO from day one.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience preferred.
• Demonstrates compassion and dignity in care.
• Willingness to participate in training and develop skills.

Responsibilities

• Help with personal cares such as dressing, showers, and daily living activities.
• Demonstrate kindness and maintain resident dignity during interactions.
• Document cares and activities accurately in records.
• Follow HIPAA and Edgewood policies.
