Job summary

Riverton Enhanced Senior Living is seeking a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) for the overnight shift. The part-time role supports the licensed care team with resident care, comfort, and daily living activities.

In this position you will help with beds, meals, call bells, and companionship, while maintaining a clean, safe environment. The facility offers daily pay and a warm, team-focused workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Direct Care Certification in PA required.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed nursing staff with resident care and support.
• Make beds and maintain tidy resident rooms.
• Ensure call bells and important items are within reach.
• Assist with serving meals and snacks per facility guidelines.
• Provide companionship to support emotional well-being.
• Answer phones and assist nursing staff with communication.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident care areas.
• Support residents with comfort-focused daily living tasks.

Shift: 11PM-7AM Part Time

Responsibilities for Personal Care Assistant (PCA):

• Assist licensed and certified staff in providing quality resident care and support.

• Make beds and maintain tidy, organized resident rooms.

• Ensure call bells, bed controls, and essential items are within the resident's reach.

• Assist with serving drinks, snacks, and meals in accordance with facility guidelines.

• Provide companionship and socialization to support emotional well-being and engagement.

• Answer phones and assist nursing staff with communication needs as directed.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of resident care areas as assigned.

• Support residents with comfort-focused tasks to enhance their daily living experience.

Qualifications for Personal Care Assistant (PCA):

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Current Direct Care Certification the state of PArequired.
