Job summary

Fairlawn Haven is seeking a Part-Time Personal Care Assistant for the 2nd shift (2PM - 10:30PM). The PCA will provide compassionate daily living support to our residents and participate in a holiday and weekend rotation. A loving, team-oriented attitude and reliable attendance are essential.

Requirements include First Aid and CPR certification within 60 days of hire; Feeding Assistance certificate is preferred; strong communication and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs are necessary.

Qualifications

• First aid and CPR certification within 60 days of hire.
• Feeding Assistance Certificate, preferred.
• Effective communication with staff, residents, families, visitors, and public.
• Excellent attendance and work history.
• Ability to push/pull/move and lift up to 50 lbs.
