Job summary

Presbyterian Senior Living seeks a Personal Care Assistant to meet residents' basic care needs in our Bucks County community. You will assist with daily living, respond to call bells, and document services per the care plan. Part-time days and full-time evenings include a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

Must be 18+, high school diploma or equivalent, able to follow instructions, and work well in a team. Prior older adult care and strong communication skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with older adults preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong communication and patient service mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting/shift-based environment

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and routine tasks.
• Respond to resident requests and call bells in a timely manner.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to supervisor.
• Document services provided and participate in care planning.
