Job summary

Right at Home – North Atlanta is seeking a CNA/PCA to deliver personalized home care, following the Plan of Care to meet safety, wellbeing and satisfaction goals for clients. You will assist with activities of daily living, mobility, meals, medications, and transportation, while maintaining compassionate, client-centered support.

The role offers flexible part-time and full-time schedules, with competitive wages ranging from $15 to $17 per hour and benefits including health insurance and training

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Current Georgia CNA certification or HHA preferred; will train if none.
• Current TB test.
• Current CPR.
• Current First Aid.
• Current Driver's License.
• Reliable car and clean driving history.
• Must pass criminal/drug test.
• Three verifiable professional references.
• English fluency required for client communication.
• Alzheimer's, Dementia or Parkinson's experience is a plus.
• Hoyer lift experience preferred, but training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to Right at Home clients per Plan of Care.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, transfers, meal preparation, medications, transportation, and light housekeeping.
• Ensure safety, wellbeing, and client satisfaction in daily activities.

• Current Georgia CNA Certification or HHA preferred.We will train you to be a Personal Care Assistant if you don't have experience.

Job Description:

The CNA/PCA will provide the highest quality of care to Right at Home clients utilizing the Plan of Care provided to ensure client’s needs are met in relation to safety, well-being and satisfaction. Duties include assistance with bathing/dressing/grooming, assistance with transfers, meal prep, medication support, transportation to errands/appointments, and light housekeeping.
