Job summary

ExpertCare in Southeast Michigan is seeking a Personal Care Assistant to provide in-home, 1:1 support for recipients. You will assist with daily living activities, encourage skill-building, and help clients pursue personal goals outside the home.

You will work in clients' homes across Southeast Michigan, delivering compassionate, reliable care. We offer paid training, flexible schedules, weekly pay, a virtual interview process, and opportunities for benefits.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and work independently.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Encourage community involvement to help growth of personal goals.
