Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of North Georgia seeks compassionate caregivers to provide in-home non-medical care, companionship, and support to clients in their own homes across the community.

You will help with social engagement, light housekeeping, meal prep, and reminders, building trusting relationships with clients and their families. The role emphasizes reliability, empathy, and flexible scheduling in a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year professional caregiving experience.
• Passionate about serving others with empathy and warmth.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical care, companionship, and social engagement.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders (if applicable).
• Establish open communication with clients, family, and coworkers.
• Be punctual and reliably cover shifts to ensure consistent care.
