SYNERGY HomeCare of Medina is seeking a Personal Care Assistant to provide compassionate in-home support to seniors and individuals needing assistance. You will deliver companionship, assist with daily living activities, and help clients maintain independence in their own homes.

Responsibilities include personal care tasks, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation when needed, and encouragement of healthy routines, with a supportive team and opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, dependable, and willing to learn.
• 18 years or older with reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background screening.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required.
