Traditional Home Care in Monroeton, PA is hiring Personal Care Aides (PCA), Direct Care Workers (DCW), Caregivers and Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide non-medical, one-on-one support to clients. Flexible full-time or part-time shifts, evenings and weekends, with weekly pay and direct deposit.

Duties include personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, and keeping clients safe and comfortable. EVV compliance and mobile device usage required; reliable transportation preferred.

Transportation

Reliable transportation is required. A valid driver’s license and ability to drive are strongly preferred but not required.

Job duties include

Mobile Device & EVV Requirements

This position is in compliance with the 21st Century Cures Act, which mandates Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) for home care / home health services. As part of this, you will be required to use a mobile device to log visits and track service hours. Candidates must be comfortable using smartphones or tablets if not provided and must have reliable internet access to meet these requirements.
