Job summary

MCMP Inc dba Comfort Keepers is seeking caregivers to provide compassionate, dignified in-home care to adults in Santa Barbara County. Immediate assignments are available for qualified candidates who can assist with daily living activities and support families.

You will work with care plans, follow HIPAA regulations, and help maintain a safe home environment. The ideal candidate has experience in home health or related settings, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate attitude.

Qualifications

• Available to work mornings and afternoons.
• Valid driver’s license, dependable vehicle and clean driving record.
• Experience in home health, long-term care, assisted living, or group homes preferred.
• Excellent communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Compassionate, respectful and dignified care.
• No criminal history.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Manage care plans per healthcare protocols and HIPAA.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment through sanitation procedures.
• Support dementia, memory care, hospice care needs.

Overview

Immediate assignments are available for qualified CAREGIVERS. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing competent, dignified, compassionate adult care.

Duties

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Manage care plans in accordance with healthcare protocols and HIPAA regulations
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary
• Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning and sanitation procedures
• Support with specialized care needs including dementia, Alzheimer's, memory care, or hospice care

Qualifications

• Available to work mornings and afternoons.
• Valid driver’s license, a dependable vehicle and clean driving record is required for this position.
• Prior experience in home health, long-term care, assisted living, or group home settings preferred
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
