Job summary

Addus HomeCare in Montana is hiring Self Directed Personal Care Aides to travel between client homes and assist with daily living activities such as meal prep, grooming, and light housekeeping. Training is provided as part of this entry-level role.

Candidates who are already trained PCA or CNA may start right away after selection. A 16-hour training course is provided at no cost to meet educational requirements, with customizable benefits available.

Qualifications

• Experience as a PCA or CNA preferred.
• Willing to travel between client homes as part of routine duties.
• Background check required; valid driver’s license may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Travel from home to home to assist clients with daily living activities.
• Assist with meal preparation, dressing, bathing, grooming, light housekeeping, shopping and socialization.
• Support client independence and quality of life while delivering compassionate care.
