Job summary

CareSphere is seeking a dedicated caregiver in Cadogan, PA (16229) for full-time evening shifts from 5 PM to 12 AM. You will assist clients with personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship in a supportive home setting.

We value reliability and compassion, offer paid training, a $800 sign-on bonus, and benefits with daily pay options. Training provided, license and transportation required for commuting to client homes.

Qualifications

• Compassion and a desire to help others.
• Ability to perform caregiving tasks (personal care, mobility, etc.).
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Experience is a plus, but paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks (laundry, dishes, bed-making).
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities.
• Monitor health and report changes to caregivers or supervisors.
