SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home non-medical support in the Bay Area. You will offer companionship, assist with daily tasks, and help maintain a safe, comfortable home for clients.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of day-to-day caregiving experience.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Live in the Bay Area (Sanjose, Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, Mountain View, Fremont, Newark, Castro Valley, Dublin, Pleasanton).
• Enjoy serving others and bringing comfort to clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
• Assist with child care, housekeeping, meal preparation, elderly personal care and medication reminders.
• Establish a professional relationship with clients, family members, and coworkers.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.
