Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking caring, dedicated home caregivers for the Fremont & South Bay area. If you have at least 1 year of day-to-day caregiving and a valid driver license, you may be eligible to help families in the Bay Area (Sanjose, Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, Mountain View, Fremont, Newark, Castro Valley, Dublin, Pleasanton).

You live in or can travel to the Bay Area and enjoy serving others. SYNERGY HomeCare offers competitive pay, direct deposit, IRA access, paid orientation and ongoing

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of day-to-day caregiving experience.
• Driver license required.
• Authorized to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
• Assist clients with child care, housekeeping, meal preparation, elderly personal care, medication reminders.
• Establish communication with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and covering shifts.
• Earn reward points for gift cards to Target, Door Dash, Lululemon, Starbucks and more through family feedback, taking last minute shifts, on-time arrival
