INSPIRATIONAL HOME CARE LLC is seeking a patient, compassionate Personal Care Aide to assist a client in their home, enhancing daily life and routines. The role involves supporting daily activities with warmth and reliability in a home setting.

This is a part-time position providing approximately 17–18 hours per week. The environment includes a friendly dog and a smoker household, requiring comfort around pets and smoke. Strong communication and dependable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred but not required
• Must be comfortable with dogs and cigarette smoke
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, respectful, ethical

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing
• Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
• Prepare meals and snacks
• Perform light housekeeping activities (dishes, laundry, keeping living spaces clean)
• Provide warm companionship and daily engagement
