Job summary

Paramount Senior Living in Manassas, VA is hiring a Personal Care Aide for our Full-Time Second Shift. You will help residents with daily tasks and personal care, support a compassionate team, and contribute to a safe, comfortable living environment for our residents.

Follow care plans, assist with meals and activities, and report changes in health or behavior to nurses and supervisors. A Direct Care Aide certification and a High School diploma are required, with CPR/First Aid preferred.

Qualifications

• Direct Care Aide (DCA) Certification required
• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Help residents with daily care and personal needs
• Assist with meals, activities, and daily routines
• Help keep residents safe and comfortable
• Follow care plans and work instructions
• Work closely with nurses and other team members
• Report changes in a resident’s health or behavior
• Complete other assigned duties

18+ years old

Driver's license
