Job summary

Addus HomeCare is actively seeking Personal Care Aides to support clients in their own homes across Montana. We offer opportunities for PCA/CNA trained individuals and provide a 16-hour training course at no cost to you, with shifts tailored to fit your life.

Starting pay is competitive, with up to $24.70 per hour to begin, plus benefits and bonus opportunities. Applicants must pass a background check and have a valid driver’s license if driving for the company.

Qualifications

• Trained PCA or CNA welcomed; ability to start quickly after hire.
• 16-hour training course provided at no cost to you.
• Background check required; valid driver's license preferred for driving to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Travel from home to home to assist clients with daily living activities such as meal prep, dressing, bathing, and light housekeeping.
• Support clients to remain happy, healthy and successful in their own homes.
• Flexibility to balance work and personal life with available shifts.
