Addus HomeCare in Montana is actively hiring Personal Care Aides (PCA). Successful candidates provide compassionate in-home care and support daily living activities for clients in their homes. The role offers flexible hours, good benefits, and a starting rate up to $24.70 per hour.

Training is provided, including a 16-hour course at no cost, and staff can receive mileage reimbursement and opportunities for ongoing education. No prior exceptions needed beyond a caring attitude and reliability.

Formación

• Currently trained PCA or CNA and able to start immediately.
• Willing to complete 16-hour training at no cost.
• Background check passed.
• Driver's license and clean driving record if driving required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with daily living activities at home.
• Meal prep, bathing, dressing, light housekeeping, shopping, socialization.
• Travel between client homes for routine visits.
