Job summary

Care Planning Institute, Inc in Pasadena, CA is seeking a Personal Care Aide to assist an elderly male Veteran with bathing, dressing, grooming and walking to help him stay independent at home. This is a long-term, part-time role at 10 hours per week. Pay is $26 per hour total ($22 base + $4 bonus) with W-2 employment.

Training is provided and a background check will be performed. TB skin test is required if not recently completed; reimbursement details are provided and scheduling is flexible

• Experience as a caregiver is required.
• We can train on the specifics of the job.
• Background check will be performed.
• Must obtain TB skin test if not recently taken.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and walking to support independence.
• Follow the agreed schedule and provide compassionate in-home care.
