Job summary

Care Planning Institute, Inc. seeks a Personal Care Aide in Kirksville, MO to assist an elderly male client with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to maintain independence at home.

The position is long-term, 10 hours per week, paid at 24 USD per hour (20 USD base + 4 USD bonus if all shifts are kept in the pay period). Background check is required and a TB skin test must be completed if not recently done; reimbursement for the TB test is provided with receipt. Training is available.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver required.
• Willing to undergo background check.
• Must obtain TB skin test if not recently tested.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and walking to help client stay independent at home.
• Prepare meals for the client as requested.
• Follow agreed schedule for 10 hours per week.
