Job summary

Care Planning Institute, Inc. in Siren, WI seeks a Personal Care Aide to assist an elderly male client at home with bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility to remain independent.

This long-term role has a 9-hour-per-week schedule (Mon, Wed, Fri 9:00 AM–12:00 PM). Pay is $28 per hour total ($24 base + $4 bonus if all assigned shifts are worked). A background check and TB test are required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver is required.
• We can train on the specifics of the job.
• A background check will be performed.
• TB skin test required if not done recently.

Responsibilities

• Assist an elderly male client with bathing, dressing, grooming and walking to stay independent at home in Siren, WI.
• Provide reliable, compassionate home care during scheduled hours (Mon, Wed, Fri 9:00 AM–12:00 PM).
