Care Planning Institute, Inc. is seeking a Personal Care Aide to assist an elderly male Veteran in Coeur d'Alene, ID with bathing, dressing, grooming and walking to help him stay independent at home.

This is a long‑term, 12‑hour‑per‑week role with a flexible schedule that must be followed once set. Pay is $25 base with a $4 per hour bonus, totaling $29 per hour, and opportunities for training and a background check process.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver is required.
• We can train on the specifics of the job.
• A background check will be performed.
• TB skin test required if not recently done.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and walking to help the client stay independent at home.
• Support the client to maintain safety and comfort in daily activities.
• Follow the agreed schedule; flexible but must adhere to it.
