Care Planning Institute, Inc. is hiring a Personal Care Aide in Madera, CA to assist an elderly client with bathing, dressing, grooming and walking so she can stay independent at home.

The position is long-term, part-time (10 hours per week) with a flexible schedule once agreed. Pay is $23/hour base with a $4/hour bonus to total $27/hour; you must work all shifts in the pay period to receive the bonus. A background check and TB test are required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver is required.
• We can train on the specifics of the job.
• TB skin test is required and background check will be performed.

Responsibilities

• Assist an elderly female client with bathing, dressing, grooming and walking.
• Support the client to stay independent at home.
• Follow the agreed schedule and complete shifts.
