Care Planning Institute, Inc. in Barstow, CA is seeking a Personal Care Aide to assist an elderly male at home with bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility to help him stay independent.

This long-term, part-time role is 12 hours per week, paid at $25/hour ($21 base + $4 bonus). It is a W-2 position with potential for same-day pay and requires a TB test and background check prior to hire.

• Caregiving experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and walking to help the client stay independent at home.
• Follow the client care plan and maintain safety during daily activities.
• Document care provided and communicate any concerns to supervisor.
