Job summary

Care Planning Institute, Inc. is seeking a Personal Care Aide to assist an elderly male client in Cascade, MT. The role is long-term, 20 hours per week, and paid at a total rate of $28/hour (base $24/hour plus a $4/hour bonus for on-time attendance). Shifts run Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Same-day-pay option available at no cost. No prior experience is required; training will be provided, and a background check is mandatory. TB testing is required if not recently completed.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check.
• No experience required; training provided.
• TB skin test required if not recently done.
• Must be able to assist with showering, dressing, walking and medication reminders.

Responsibilities

• Assist client with showering, dressing and mobility.
• Provide medication reminders and monitor health needs.
• Follow care plan and document observations as needed.
