Job summary

Shenandoah Personal Care Senior Living Community in Shenandoah, PA is seeking a Part-Time Personal Care Aide to support residents with daily living and companionship.

The role offers a pay rate of $14–$15 per hour, a part-time schedule 6:00 AM–2:00 PM, and requires every other weekend and holiday work. Training for medication administration is provided.

You will assist with ADLs, meals, and maintaining a safe, respectful environment for residents while building meaningful relationships.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.
• Willingness to learn and complete facility-provided medication training.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Administer medications to residents who are not self-administering, following facility-provided training and procedures
• Assist residents during mealtimes and help provide a pleasant dining experience
• Provide compassionate companionship and build meaningful relationships with residents
• Support a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for residents

Are you compassionate, dependable, and ready to make a difference? Shenandoah Personal Care Senior Living Community is seeking a Personal Care Aide to join our caring team.

Schedule

• Part-Time
• 6:00 AM–2:00 PM
• Every other weekend and holiday required

About the Role

As a Personal Care Aide, you’ll provide daily care, assistance, and companionship to our residents while helping ensure their needs are met according to individualized care plans.

Training for medication administration is provided by the facility — no prior experience is necessary!

Key Responsibilities
