Advantage Senior Care is seeking a Personal Care Aide to support seniors and individuals with disabilities in daily living activities. You will assist with hygiene, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, and errands, while providing companionship and maintaining a safe environment.

The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable, with the ability to adhere to health and safety guidelines and maintain compassionate, respectful care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing.

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Personal Care Aide to join our team. In this role, you will make a difference in the lives of seniors and people with disabilities by enhancing their quality of life. Responsibilities include assisting with hygiene needs, light housekeeping and errands, dispensing medication, and other tasks that improve the client’s living environment and standards. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills
• Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal spills
