Job summary

INSPIRATIONAL HOME CARE LLC is seeking a Personal Care Aide to support seniors and disabled individuals in their homes. You will help with hygiene, light housekeeping, errands, and medication reminders to improve clients’ living environments and quality of life.

The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable, with the ability to lift and assist as needed. This role offers part-time hours Tue-Thu 1pm-5pm and benefits such as 401(k) and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience as caregiver or home health aide preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping and cooking
• Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, respectful and ethical
