Qualicare Home Care Central NJ is seeking a Personal Care Provider to help clients with daily living activities in Skillman, NJ. You will deliver compassionate, high-quality home care and support independence for our clients.

We value reliable, patient team members who communicate well, can lift and assist clients, and are willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in home health or personal care preferred.
• Previous experience in personal care or home health is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and assist clients as needed.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Background check and references required.

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.

• Collaborate with family members and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
