Sephora in Boston is seeking a Beauty Advisor to welcome clients with warmth and passion for beauty. You will provide personalized consultations, recommend products, and contribute to a welcoming shopping environment.

The role requires the ability to stay current with trends, deliver exceptional service, and maintain a tidy store. This position is part-time with shifts that cover peak retail times, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience providing excellent service in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
• Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player in a collaborative, goal-oriented, inclusive environment.
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
